BOOKINGS

  1. Ownership: Once an appointment is booked, it's up to you to manage it or get in touch with us to make amendments/cancel. This includes rescheduling or canceling if necessary.

  2. Rescheduling: Your confirmation email will have a cancel/reschedule link, valid only up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Post this timeframe, you cannot reschedule.

  3. Cancellations: Notify us without delay if you must cancel within 24 hours of your slot. Any cancellation made less than 3 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 200k fee. This must be settled before booking anew.

  4. Repeated Cancellations: Frequently canceling at the last minute may lead to a denial of our services due to the strain it puts on our team and operations.

  5. Location Information: Offer detailed location info for our artists. If your location isn't on Google Maps, please share a drop pin via WhatsApp. Hotel guests should inform us of their room number.

APPOINTMENTS

  1. Our Punctuality: We commit to being timely for all appointments. In rare cases of delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you in advance. We value your time and strive to serve you punctually.Traffic and unpredictable weather might lead our Lash Artist to be 10-15 minutes early or late. We appreciate your understanding.

  2. Your Punctuality: It's crucial for clients to be punctual. If you're late for your appointment, it might reduce the time allocated for your service, affecting the final result. Any client more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a fee may apply.

  3. Setting: The lash session should be held in a calm space—either on a bed or a comfy couch—with seating for our artist. It’s a process that requires deep focus, so a quite area is vital.

  4. Preparation: Please clean any makeup residue from your eyes and lashes before your Artist arrives. Our Lash Artist will prep your lashes with cleanser before the service, but cannot spend time removing makeup.

REFILLS

  1. Maintenance: Refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks post your full set for optimal upkeep. Should you lose over 50% of the extensions by your next visit, charges for a full set apply.

  2. Transitioning from Another Artist: If you're switching from another Lash Artist, we'll replace the set using our exclusive tools and materials—no exceptions.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  1. Reactions: Although rare, reactions to the eyelash adhesive, cyanoacrylate, can happen. This isn't due to any fault of the products, the artist, or the client.

  2. Adhesive Ingredients: Swapping adhesive brands won't circumvent this as cyanoacrylate is fundamental to all professional lash adhesives.

  3. Health Disclosure: Clients are required to inform our Lash Artists of any health conditions, allergies, or concerns that might affect or be affected by our services. This ensures your safety and allows us to tailor our service to your needs.

  4. Pets and Children: For the safety of your pets, children, and our artists, please ensure that pets and children are in a secure area during the appointment. Our Lash Artists use tools and products that might be hazardous if mishandled.

REFUNDS & RE-DOS

  1. Payments: Your payment compensates for the artist's expertise, tools, and resources. As such, we don't offer refunds for completed services.

  2. Service Guarantee: You are compensating for the artist's expertise, materials, and other associated costs that go into delivering a high-quality service directly to your location. We do not provide refunds on any services performed. However, if you experience issues with your lashes, we offer a complimentary adjustment within a 72-hour window. Please note that change-of-mind will not warrant a guarantee or adjustment.

PERSONAL DATA

  1. Documentation: We capture images of our work which could feature online or in printed materials. Please inform our team if you prefer to opt out. We do encourage sharing as it's a wonderful way for us to showcase our expertise.

  2. Personal Data & Privacy: We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided by clients, such as names, addresses, and contact details, will be handled with utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent. For a detailed description of how we manage your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law: Any disputes or claims arising out of our services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.

Amendments: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. It's the responsibility of clients to stay updated with our terms.

Indemnity or Liability: While we strive to provide exceptional service, Ashari Bali is not liable for any unforeseen damages, allergies, or infections resulting from our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Ashari Bali harmless from any claims, expenses, or liabilities.
